This policy explains what information Hardy’s Tech (“Hardy’s Tech,” “I,” “me”), operated by Taivon Hardy in Orangeburg, South Carolina, collects through this website and related services, and how it’s used. The short version: I collect only what I need to respond to you and provide my services, and I never sell it.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you use the contact form, book a call or email me, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
This website does not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How I use it
- To reply to your message and provide the services you ask about.
- To send quotes, invoices and service updates related to your account.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
Who I share it with
I use a small number of trusted services to run the business, such as a form-delivery service that forwards contact-form messages to my inbox, a calendar service for booking calls, and website hosting. They process information only to provide those services. I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Text messaging
Hardy’s Tech provides missed-call text-back services to businesses. Texts sent through those services are sent on behalf of the business you called, only in response to your call.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time. To do that, email hardy.techhq@gmail.com or use the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
